E1: 09: P0911Z1 Does Not Highlight Account Having "Invalid PEC" Error And "Go To Error" Link Not Displayed While Adding Records (P0911Z1)

While importing records via P0911Z1 application, the system correctly throws the "Invalid PEC" error though it does not highlight the exact erroneous account having invalid value of PEC. Additionally, it does not display "Go to Error" link in order to traverse directly to the erroneous transaction.
<Bug 18402089> - P0911Z1 DOES NOT CHECK THE PEC has been applied recently in order to fix the issue of P0911Z1 application not validating accounts with invalid value of PEC.
