If the ECO Type = C(change) or S(swap), the Bubble Sequence Number appears on the Related Item window but it is updated with the value from the ECO Parts List.
If the ECO Type = N(new), the Bubble Sequence Number only appears on the ECO Parts List window, so a different Bubble Sequence Number for different parent item on Related Item window cannot be entered.
ECO programs only update Bubble Sequence Number with the value from Parts List window.
In the P48020, the Bubble Sequence Number should be maintained by Related Item on Related Item window, same as Scrap Percent.
From the R30510 (ECO Population), the Bubble Sequence Number should be updated by the value from Related Item, not from Parts List.
