E1: FDA: After Upgrading To TR 9.1.5 Disabled Fields Are Not Displaying As "Greyed-Out"

Symptoms

Since upgrading to TR 9.1.5.2, the greyed out fields in all applications appear more white than grey. In the following screen shot the only editable field in the Header part of the form is "Explanation", all other fields should appear as greyed-out:

 

This makes it very difficult for end users to distinguish whether the fields are actually editable or not and having to click on each one of them to find out.  Is there a way to change the background color of the fields so that the ones that are not available for editing are clearly "greyed out" like in previous Tools Releases (eg. 9.1.3.2)?
