Symptoms

An employee has both Tax Type 3 and 4 history records. A separate W2 is produced for each history type respectively. When changes were only made to the employees' Federal history records, a W2C is created with the following inaccurate results:

1 The W2C previously reported column is not populated

2 A separate W2C is not generated per tax history type as it was for the
original. Instead the changes, per history type, are being combined onto one W2C

3 The Box 12 DBA is showing as changed however no changes were made to the
DBA and

4 The State information is showing as changed however no changes were made to
the employees' State history
