Last updated on DECEMBER 07, 2015

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Additional DBA Arrearage Method needed for the following scenario:

Employee has a $50.00 loan amount, and it goes into arrears.  Loan is set to calculate if no gross, so loan amount can go into arrears while the employee is out on leave.  For example, when the employee returns to work he has an arrearage of $100.00.  So on his first check back at work he owes his current amount plus his arrearage.  If the system cannot take the full amount, the request is for it to only take a multiple of the original amount.  So for example, if the system cannot take the full $150.00 ($100 arrearage + $50 current), then the customer wants it to take either, $50 or $100, but not for example $130.
