The following URLs can be reached whether logged in or not.

Is there a security leak for unauthorized users to have access to these html resources and JavaScript files?
If yes, is there any way to block direct access to these urls?  

The risk-control team are not sure if it is safe to have these JavaScript source codes exposed to unauthorized users. Some unauthorized users may be able to exploit them and do some tricky things.

So the questions are:
1. Can access to these files be denied when user is not logged in?
2. Can users do anything with these scripts, like call privileged functions, if not logged in?
