E1: 13: Allow System to Reset Percent Due to Zero on Future-Scheduled PMs (Doc ID 2004617.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 10, 2015

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Capital Asset Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When the R12807 is run multiple times over a PM Schedule in days and Multiple WO Code = 1 using future dates, the system can create future-scheduled PMs and Work Orders. For each of these F1207 records, the percent due will be calculated based on the manually entered through date in the R12807 processing option.

When another version of the R12807 is run over these future-scheduled records where the through date is the system date, the system will not recalculate the percent due when its calculation would be zero or less. Based on bug 19189104, this is functioning as designed due to the fact that the R12807 date puts these future-scheduled PMs outside of the through date range.

The request is to add functionality to the R12807 to process future-scheduled PMs in a way that will reset the percent due to zero for these records. In other words, add the functionality in the Desired Outcome section of bug 19189104.
