E1: 00: Delete Batch Header In Use After a Specified Time (Doc ID 2005148.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 07, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne General Ledger - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The integrity report works as expected when the Batch Header table (F0911) says batch "In Use" when entries have been posted in the Account Detail table - F0911.  The Batch Header status is updated to "D". However, the integrity report will not delete a Batch Header In Use if there are no associated records in the account detail table - F0911.

Customer is asking for a processing option to specify the number of days to age a batch header in use with not associated records. There would be a distinct possibility that the batch header was abandoned. If the batch date meets that aging date, then the Batch to Detail GL Integrity Report - R007031 should delete it.
