E1: 49: Auto-replenishment Based on Sales Order Quantity

(Doc ID 2007050.1)

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Warehouse Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

 Here is the scenario:

1. Pick face set for SKU A to Location 1 with min repl qty of 0 (empty) and maximum replenishment set to 30.
2. Movement Instructions are set to trigger automatic replenishment.
3. Location 1 drops to 0 and replenishments are created.
4. System looks for maximum replenishment quantity so it creates 2 different replenishment suggestions due to current inventory status - pulling 26 from Location 2 and 4 from Location 3 (and location 3 currently has 20 on hand so we are leaving 16 and only pulling partial from this location).

Is there any way to stop it from creating the smaller replenishment suggestion?  Our warehouses are asking that only the 26 suggestion remain while the 4 be canceled since by completing the 26 the location has enough on hand to meet demand.
