R51092 - Multiple Cost Code Job Creation - Error In Final Mode

On : 9.1 version, Job Cost General

When attempting to Add Multiple Accounts utilizing R51092, user is experiencing error message 192B Insert Failed error in final mode.

192B Insert Failed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Job Master P51006
2. Setup Version Name In P51092 form W51092A
2. Select the Version and establish a known Chart type with Chart Cost Code
to copy to the job established in #1 above.
3. Batch Version to R51092 and process preliminary for the R51092 Version
(data selection)
4. No error is noted
5. Process in final and note that error 192B is recognized for the Job line
6. Review P510121 and find accounts without Cost Code
7. Continue processing and the error is eliminated for new Jobs; however the
accounts are not created.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add accounts to multiple jobs as is indicated by the functionality of object R51092
