E1: CAF1: CaféOne Does Not Recognise Vertical Bar (|) In Media Object Record Key (Doc ID 2008828.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create link to Item Notes in CaféOne, the vertical bar is not recognized. 

 For example:  In P4101 link Short Item Number via P00097 (View Media objects), GT4016B, Short Item Number + |

The | is not saved nor any characters after.  It appears that the system considers it an invalid character.
