Symptoms

When running an interactive application on the Web client, the correct Language Translations do not display or the correct Vocabulary Overrides or Jargon descriptions are not being applied

This issue occurs when saving an Interactive Application in Form Design Aid (FDA) on tools release 9.1.5.x or when applying a recent ESU where the application was saved by EnterpriseOne Development at this tools release level
