Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When material is backflushed from a given lot(s) against a Work Order (P31114/P31113), it is not possible to track exactly which lot(s) were backflushed against a given completion Lot (excepting Lot/SN Association at a 1:1 level).

Requirement is to have traceability of a completed Lot to see exactly which quantities from which lot of material were consumed in that particular lot, e.g.

Parent A:
Qty 10 completed to Lot 1234
Consumed 8 of Comp 1 from Lot A
Consumed 2 of Comp 1 from Lot B
Qty 20 completed to Lot 5678
Consumed 15 of Comp 1 from Lot B
Consumed 5 of Comp 1 from Lot C
