E1: 42: R42565 Subsystem Fails Running over EDI Outbound 855 Order on Hold

On : 9.0 version, Sales

When attempting to run the R42565 Outbound 855 over a sales order that is on hold the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a subsystem version of R42565 for the outbound 855. Verify print immediate is disabled on R47022. Submit R42565.
2) P4210. Set processing options to call R42565 via subsystem and define version.
3) P4210. Enter a sales order and manually enter the hold code in the header.
4) Check the running subsystem version and note it is now at an error status and the kernel went to zombie.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process outbound 855s.
