Symptoms
When attempting to delete a location where the status of the work order status in F3111 is not in closed status (99) rather in status 30, error id 4111O occurs. Requesting the ability to delete secondary locations in P41024. The customer has work orders that stay open for long periods of time and will not go to a closed status as defined inside F4801VerifyOpenWorkOrderExist. They have item/location records in the parts list that have already been completed and the item no longer exists in the original secondary location. They want to be able to purge the F41021 secondary locations and are requesting for the ability to delete even if the work order status is not in 91 or 99.
Another possible scenario customer can experience is the inability to delete a location. An error message is returned that there is an open order in either the WO/SO/PO and a wide open search is performed for F4801. This is caused by new UDC's that have been added by Development and system will error preventing location deletion if there are no actual values for work order status added to these UDC's:
41/WC
41/SP
41/PP
