E1: 13: Meter Readings are Not Displayed In Applications P12120, P12120U and P13210 (Doc ID 2013186.1)

Symptoms

When user entered Meter readings through P12120 they are not displayed on re-inquiry and also not displayed in P13210

P0911 is updated fine

Steps
1. Access the Meter Reading application (P12120 or P12120U).
2. Enter a value in one of the current meters and click OK.
3. Re-inquire on the same Equipment record in the Meter Reading application; notice that the Meter displays as blank.
