R078504/R89078502 (ADP Quarterly File TC)

When an employee moves from Guam to a state in the contiguous United States (or vice versus) in the middle of a quarter, the ADP Quarterly file does not report the correct Federal Income Tax (FIT) amounts to ADP. Once the UBE encounters a Guam tax record (66/C) then the Federal record EJ and EK field codes (FIT QTD/YTD) are not written and instead only the Guam FIT QTD/YTD records (field codes PM and PL, respectively) are written on the Guam 'G' state record.
