Symptoms

When doing issues to an equipment Work order, but while in the P31113 Inventory Issues program a Line is Closed Using the Row Exit Close Line. The P31113 issues a negative amount for the closed line once OK is clicked.
The Cardex F4111 is not Update with the negative IM
The F3111 Trans Qty is Blank i.e. it is not update with the negative transaction, CTS1 Unaccounted Amounts are not update, but CTS4 Unaccounted Amounts are updated.
However because its an equipment WO and the Journal Entries are done Automatically users can see the F0911 G/L was update with and IM Batch for a negative value. i.e. its putting 5 back into inventory, and this can be seen in the P48211 Equipment Work order Cost Program as well.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and Equipment WO and add a component that has Stock On Hand to the part list
2. Go to the P31113 Inventory Issues and Inquire on the WO, then drill in to the detail.
3. Row Exit to "Close Line" then before Clicking Ok to Save Tab or step off while still in the screen. i.e. Click in the Issues filed or Account Number Field in the header.
4. Notice that a negative Qty has been entered in the Issues Filed and the Issues 1/0 field has been changed from 0 to 1 meaning issues this this line. Also notice the the line is closed, so a user can not correct the Qty back to Blank / zero.
5. Click OK.
6. Notice the following;
The Cardex F4111 is not Update with the negative IM
The F3111 Trans Qty is Blank i.e. it is not update with the negative transaction
However because its an equipment WO and the Journal Entries are done Automatically users can see the F0911 G/L was update with and IM Batch for a negative value. i.e. its putting 5 back into inventory.
