Symptoms

If you are on tools release 9.1.5.3 and use Internet Explorer (version 10 and 11) as Browser, then for Form/Row exits in an application, both menu and submenu disappears when user tries to select menu. It works fine in other tools release and other supported browsers like Mozilla/Chrome. This is issue with all the applications where FORM/ROW exits have submenus.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Login to web client using Internet Explorer (version 10 and 11) as Browser and Fast Path to any Application having submenus ex: P1701/P4210
2. Find and Select any Record.
3. Click on Row Exit and hover your mouse on Menus. This shows up the submenus fine.
4. Now if you click on menu ex: Equipment Master, both menu and submenu disappears.
