Currently, the Hold Invoices (HDAR) field in the Customer Master (P03013) only prevents standard Invoices from being entered. It does not prevent receipts to be applied or unapplied to invoices. It is desired to add the ability to prevent users from also apply and unapplying receipts on a customer's account as well. This could be done by either:
- Preventing receipts and all AR transactions to be changed/added if a customer's Address Book record is set to an "I" inactive AB Search Type.
- Add a layer to the hold code (HDAR) on the Customer Master (P03013) so that it prevents receipt entry/changes, as well as invoice entry.
