E1: 43: Provide Error or Message in P4310 When Records are not Committed to Database

Client had an issue with the mail server causing JDE to not connect to the mail server. The users entered the purchase orders but the orders were not being saved in the database. During troubleshooting of the issue, client found out that there were no records in F4301 and F4311 tables. The logs shows that SQL insert of purchase order detail lines into F4311, F43199, F4209 all executed successfully. More on that, the purchase order number shows up which mislead user that purchase order is successfully created and message sent out to approver. Only if user goes back to the purchase order entry application to re-inquire the PO number, they will find out the PO was not existing at all. Because the PO is not saved into the tables. Client initially thought there is some application bug. Did not think about the mail server issue. Please enhance the PO entry application to provide some error message indicating when the orders are not committed to the database.
