R07200 (Pre-Payroll) / R07250 (Final Update)

Employees that have no hours worked in the current payroll period have F06176 (EI History) records written even though employee F0618 records are not created for the payroll. When an employee is part of the R07200 (Pre-Payroll) data selection and they have no hours or DBAs calculated then any unprocessed timecard record hours from previous periods are used as the hours to write an F06176 record with Check Control number (CKCN) equal to zero. This issue does not occur if the employee has any DBAs calculated because that scenario will result in a CKCN value generated. Additionally, the timecard records used to generate these incorrect F06176 records with CKCN=0 are not 'processed' by the payroll and so any subsequent payroll runs with no hours worked will continue to create F06176 records with these same hours and CKCN=0.
