Symptoms

 Symptom and Resolution Comments Not Populated in Email Sent

When a case is moved to a "Closed" Status, an email is sent to the customer on the case.  In the body of this email, the following information is sent.

Customer:  58443321
Requestor:  ALAN SMITH
Symptom:  
Resolution:

The "Symptom" and "Resolution" are NOT populated.  
These 2 field should be either populated or removed from the email
