E1: PKG: Update Package Deployed Not Detected by JAS Server (Doc ID 2024860.1)

Symptoms

After successful deployment of an update package to the Enterprise Server, the JAS Server does not detect the update package and changes deployed are not reflected in web instance.

JAS logs shows it detected the full package(PD910FP) and does not detect deployed update package. Also package manifest application (P98770) does not list the update package deployed.
