E1: 90CD: Cannot Override Percent Covered to 0% for Entitled Part in P90CD015 Parts Detail (Doc ID 2025038.1)

Symptoms

It is not possible to override the Percent Covered to 0% in the P90CD015 Parts Detail of a Service Order, but it is possible to do this in the P17730 Parts Detail application.

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Raise a Service Order for a piece of equipment that has 100% Contract coverage.
2. Go to the Parts Detail and add an item. Note that Percent Covered = 100% and Billable Y/N = 0.
3. Change Percent Covered to 0% and Billable Y/N = 1.
4. Save.
5. Re-inquire and note that the values have been saved.
6. Delete the line, save and exit.
7. Go to P90CD020 Service Management, inquire on the order and access the Parts Detail.
8. Enter item the same item as before. Note that Percent Covered = 100% and Billable Y/N = 0.
9. Change Percent Covered to 0% and Billable Y/N = 1 and tab out of the line. Note that Percent Covered reverts to 100%, but Billable Y/N remains as 1.
10. Save.
11. Re-inquire and note that Percent Covered = 100% and Billable Y/N = 1.
12. Change Percent Covered to 0.1% and save.
13. Re-inquire and note that Percent Covered = 0.10% and Billable Y/N = 1.
