(Doc ID 2025209.1)

Last updated on MAY 31, 2016

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Real Estate Management - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

If a lease is setup with multiple versions and one of the versions has a "Non-Billable" lease status, when setting up the Recurring Billing Information for this non-billable version, system does not default in the "Starting Date" and "Ending Date" but gross amount is updated with a value.

When inquire on this lease in Expiring Leases Inquiry program P154030 as at the version 1 ending date, system incorrectly adds up the gross amount of version 1 and version 2.

For example:
Lease: 7412733-1
Lease term: 23/4/13 - 22/4/15
Version end date: 22/4/15
Recurring billing with Base Rent = $199,490.80 Monthly

Lease: 7412733-2
Lease term: 23/4/15 - 22/4/17
Version begin date: 23/4/15
Recurring billing with Base Rent = $230,986.00 Monthly

When reviewing Lease 7412733-1, the Base Rent column show $430,476.80. The program has add up the Base Rent of both versions. System should just display base rent for version 1.
