E1: HELP : Contextual Helps URL Gets Modified With two Extra Characters (Doc ID 2027399.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise One 9.1 with Tools Release 9.1.5.4

Web server = WLS 12c 12.1.3.0.0 on Win Server 2012 R2 on tools release 9.1.5.4

Enterprise = Win Server 2012 R2 on Tools release 9.1.5.3

Workstation = Windows 7 x64

Can recreate in all browser types (IE 10 / Firefox or Chrome)

Contextual Helps : From a fat client the link works fine.  When opening Contextual Helps from within Enterprise One web client, the URL that opens to the Contextual Helps page fails to connect. The URL shows up with two extra characters on the end of the line:

Example : "http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/documentation/jdedent-098169.html91" Note the "91" on the end of the URL

The URL as entered into the P98MOQUE should read like this :

Example: "http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/documentation/jdedent-098169.html"
