When entering a Service Order (P90CD020/P90CD002) and triggering the Entitlement Inquiry after entering the Equipment Number, the WO header is missing all customer and item information. If F5 is clicked to refresh the screen, the information is shown. Reported problem is only occurring in Tools Release 9.1.5.
