E1: 90CD: Customer and Item Information Not Populating in P90CD002 (Add Work Order) Screen After Row Selected from Entitlement Inquiry (Doc ID 2027580.1)

Symptoms


When entering a Service Order (P90CD020/P90CD002) and triggering the Entitlement Inquiry after entering the Equipment Number, the WO header is missing all customer and item information. If F5 is clicked to refresh the screen, the information is shown. Reported problem is only occurring in Tools Release 9.1.5.
