E1: 08ES: Self Service Manager Review and Approval (P051129) Does Not Display Summarized Line Per Employee

Symptoms

 When an employee uses Leave Planning (P07620) to submit leave requests and managers approve leave in Leave Management (P07640) manager or from Manager Leave Review (P076311) the EMPLOYEE TRANSACTIONS - BATCH FILE (F06116Z1) transactions created do not contain Pay Period End Date (PPED).

This causes a confusing display in Self Service Manager Review and Approval (P051129):
- There is no Pay Period End Date (PPED) so multiple rows are displayed instead of summary.
- Detail cannot be reviewed.
