Using the Lot Tracing and Tracking application (P41203), the customer notes that closed sales orders that have a record in the history (F42119) do not display in the Sales Order tab of the Lot Audit section on the lower part of the screen. Only open orders appear. The customer has a requirement to view the details of the lot even after the order has been closed. Is there a setup issue here or is there a BUG ?
