When submitting a SOAP Request to return a large dataset, the request times out and no response is received.
For example 'getAddressBook' where a 'get' is performed based on a particular Business Unit value and the Service Property 'max return value' is set to a
very large value. When submitting such request, the reqeust times out after 60 seconds.
The WebSphere SystemErr.log shows the following errror
