E1: 05T: P051127 Does Not Show Default Field Text In Multiple Fields

P051125/P051127 (Employee Daily Time Entry)
When creating employee timecards through P051125/P051127 (Employee Daily Time Entry) the field text is incorrect on a number of application fields. The first column 'Select' instead shows 'EnterpriseOne Event Point 01' (EV01), the second column shows 'Description' instead of 'Time Card Status' (DL01), the fourth column shows 'Explanation -Remark-' instead of 'Pay Type Description' (EXR), and in the form header it shows 'Hours' instead of the expected six hour field texts 'Regular', 'Vacation', 'Sick', 'Holiday', 'Expected', and 'Total' (PHRW). This issue began after ESU JM18325 was applied.
