E1: 33: R3380 Does not Generates Work Center Load for Work Centers Used in Process Manufacturing (Doc ID 2036878.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 16, 2015

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Requirements Planning - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

R3380 - Resource Requirements Planning
P3313 - Work Center Load

Currently, when using Process items to generate Resource Requirements Plans and review WC Load for Co Products, P3313 leaves the Loaded Profile line blank, although the Rated Profile is populated correctly.
By definition, the “Loaded profile = (forecast quantity × labor or machine hours) × time basis code” and the “Rated profile = (labor or machine hours) ÷ (efficiency × utilization) × time basis code”.

Since the forecast records are entered against Co Product, as outputs of the Process Item (parent) and the Rated Profile is based on the routing steps defined against the Process item itself, there is a gap in this functionality that prevents the Rated profile to be populated correctly for Process Manufacturing mode.
