E1: UBE: Job Submission Failing in Enterprise Server with Error QUEUE04950060 in jde.log (Doc ID 2037291.1)

Symptoms

Unable to submit any UBEs to enterprise server from deployment server.

In the client jde.log, receiving following error:

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to deployment server and go to Batch Version (BV).

2. Submit batch from deployment server to batch server.

3. UBE will not launch and no records will appear in Work with Submitted Jobs (WSJ).

Note: Although this issue was reported for UBE submission from deployment server, the same issue might happen from FAT client as well.
