R47121 Second Level Error Message Empty In Work Center (Doc ID 2040307.1)

On : 9.1 version, EDI - Distribution

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running the R47121 EDI Inbound 852 and an error occurs, the error message written to the work center contains the doc type and doc number in the first level, an empty message in the second level, and the actual error detail in the third level.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All levels of the Work Center message should be populated. The second level message should contain the line number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) P47120. Input EDI data into the header and detail tables. Enter an invalid item number.
2) Run the R47121.
3) Review the work center and note the second level message is blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not know which line the error is on and need to refer to the PDF output.
