Symptoms

When attempting to start the Server Manager Agent that is installed on a UNIX or LINUX server, receive errors on usage of ps command (Process Snapshot).
After logging on to the UNIX or LINUX server and attempting to start the agent for the Server Manager, receive an error on the screen  Example:

On Solaris:


When checking the content of agent.pid file in SCFHA folder under the location where the server manager agent is installed, the content is empty, null or contains non numerical values.
