Symptoms
E-mail notification is not triggered after activating the object action notification check box and configuring notification subscriptions in P98230.
Steps to replicate:
- Open P98230 application.
- In Object Management Setup form, click the Object Action Notification button and select the "Activate Object Action Notification" check box to enable the notification system.
- Enter information into the Notification Subscriptions form. There are 2 ways to set up notification subscriptions:
- Directly entering information into the Notification Subscriptions form (W98230L).
- Using the Notification Subscription Assistant (Accessed by clicking the Add button in Notification Subscriptions form).
- Directly entering information into the Notification Subscriptions form (W98230L).
