E1: MOBJ: Table Formatting Lost When Copying from Excel toText Media Object Attachment (Doc ID 2041777.1)

Symptoms

Text Media Object does not retain formatting when copied from Excel table when ActiveX=false on 9.1.5.2.  This functionality worked on 8.98.4.14.

Steps:

  1. Create new text media object.
  2. Copy and paste table from excel into the text media object.
  3. Table is copied & formatting looks like it did in excel.
  4. Press Save.
  5. Go back into the media object and the table formatting did not retain.

9.1.5.2. Copied table from excel into text media object.  Formatting is not retained.
