The CREDLIMIT workflow currently does not save any notes added to the message by the credit manager when approving or rejecting a change in a customer’s credit limit.
The note might contain for example the reason why the change was approved or rejected. However, this text does not get included in the email to the user, nor is it included in the work center message.
