Symptoms

After logging into web instance, the initial menu is properly shown.  When opening any application via fastpath, E1Page, or menu, a blank page is shown after processing for approx. 10 seconds. No menus or header information is displayed.

Then if a new window is opened, the browser goes directly to the desired application however there is no menu so once you finish your work, you have use browser 'X' button to close the page and login again to resume work.

It's the same behavior on all browsers.
