Symptoms

When clicking the "“Change Component Button”" to update the tools release of a registered Weblogic Server, the following occurs:

SYMPTOM 1:

Icon showing update deploying is stuck and just spins and never refreshes.  It never finishes refreshing the screen even though the update deployed successfully.

SYMPTOM 2:

After deploy of the update, the web server instance in the console does not show the correct tools release information for the update that was deployed (only shows the prior tools release information on the screen, like the update never deployed).

Impact:

Since the screen never refreshes, and the release information does not change, you left with the impression that the "Change Component Button" update did not work.
