Information in this document applies to any platform.
When entering a Case, the email template sent to the receiver lacks information.
The emails should include the following information :
a) Customer Address Book Number and Customer Name
b) Product Model Description (UDC 17/PM)
c) Product Serial Number
d) Date Begin and Date On-Site
e) Service Type.
f) Issue reported
g) Case Number
