E1: SVM: User With "clearCache" Permission Not Getting " Table Cache " Option in Server Manager Console

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After setting up a Server Manager Console user (following Doc ID 664651.1), the Table Cache option to clear the cache is not available.
If you login with jde_admin user, Table Cache option is displayed under TRACK in What do you want to do? section on left hand side in Server Manager Console as shown below:
This option is missing if you login with any other Console user who is part of group which have clearCache permission assigned to it.
