E1: SVM: User With "clearCache" Permission Not Getting " Table Cache " Option in Server Manager Console

Server Manager Console user is setup by following the steps as described in <Document 664651.1> E1: SVM: Newly Created Server Manager Console User Does Not Show All Permissions, this user user can clear the "JDBj Database cache” successfully but is not getting "Table Cache" Option in Server Manager Console to clear the cache for specific table.

If you login with jde_admin user, "Table Cache" option is displayed under "TRACK" in "What do you want to do?" section on left hand side in Server Manager Console as shown below:

This option is missing if you login with any other Console user who is part of group which have "clearCache" permission assigned to it.
