Goal

In Enterprise Server jde.ini file, "UBESubsystemLimit=" setting is present twice after the install. And this is causing duplicate entries on lots being allocated by different orders at the same time in R42997. Why is this entry present twice?

UBESubsystemLimit=1
UBESubsystemLimit=3
