E1: 17: Tax Rate/Area not Updated in Contract After Site Change in Equipment Master

When changing the Site number in the Equipment Master or Equipment Location Revisions forms, if there is a service contract and the SWM Constants are set to push changes to the Service Contract, the system will maintain the old Tax Rate/Area information. Therefore, if there is still billing to be done on the service contract, the system will use the wrong Tax Rate/Area.
