Symptoms
By design the attachment from a sales order is copied to the work order. There isn't an option to control which attachment is copied to the work order. When an attachment is added to a sales quote with W line type the work order is created. When the quote is converted to a sales order a different attachment may be included. Currently both attachments are added to the work order. Provide the option to select which attachment is attached to the Work Order.
Document E1: 31: Provide Option to Not Attach SO Text Attachment to Related Work Order (Doc ID 2003513.1) addresses an enhancement to control if the attachment is added to the order.
