Information in this document applies to any platform.
Some users are unable to run any applications on Web.They get a error pop-up window stating "Select Application Failure Header Label".
Following are the detail symptoms of the issue.
Symptoms in the Web
The below error is displayed to some users when attempting run any application in the web client.Other users are able to use the web client normally.
The below errors are found in the e1root log. These show that there is issue with Remote environment initialization.The logs have error messages related to security token.
Issue is with running any business function custom or standard in the affected call object kernels.
