Symptoms

First From Vessel Number stops displaying in Op search after filtering for a specific vessel

User has to re-open the operation search screen to get the correct behaviour. It just annoyance but adds extra steps to search for data.

Step 1) Filter only by Date and Branch.
  Expected: It shows all First from Vessel Numbers. Actual: It does it.

Step 2) Modify filter to search only for a specific tank: Ex. 0641.
  Expected: All First From Vessel Numbers show. Actual: It does not show all First From Vessels.


Step 3) Clear the tank filter and click find again.
  Expected: All First From Vessel Numbers show. Actual: First From Vessel Numbers do not show up at all.
