E1: 13: When FTC Rate Component AAI Blank Revenue Credit Account Not Used

When running through the Equipment Employee Time Entry process with the Equipment Worked field populated i.e P051121 (Equipment Worked Field Populated) , R052901, and Rate Components exist in the Rental Rules / Rates, and one of the FTC0 - 09 AAI's in this case FTC03 AAI is setup without a Blank BU / Branch Plant in the AAI, the BU is not coming from the Equipment Revenue Credit Account in the P1202 Equipment Master Deprecation Information.
When the BU Object or Sub fields are Blank and no asterisk exist in the named AAI fields as well, the expectations is that the Credit Side of the T5 JE will come from the Equipment Revenue Credit account. In this case Rates Components exist and the FTC03 AAI has the BU field blank so the expectations is that the BU for the account will be pulled from the equipments Revenue Credit account.
