E1:31: Case Update P90CG501 Field Date On Site Alias ONSDT in F1755 Does NOT Save On Case Record (Doc ID 2052087.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Service Mgmt. General

Case Update (P90CG501) field "Date - On Site" (Alias: ONSDT w/in F1755) does NOT save on Case record

When using the Case Update application (P90CG501|W90CG501J), on the Dates/Times tab, when a user adds a date to the "Date - On Site" field (Alias: ONSDT w/in F1755) and clicks Save, the date value does NOT save to the F1755.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Inquire on a Case P17500
Click on the Date / Time tab
Enter a Date in the Date - On Site" field (Alias: ONSDT)
Click save changes
Re inquire on case
Notice Date On Site field (Alias ONSDT) is blank
